Finca La Vida consists of 2 separate houses.
The "Casa de La Vida" u. The "Casita La Paz", both clad in natural stone, are located on a 5000 sqm large park-like property on the sunny west side of La Palma at 400 meters in Todoque and offer a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
The Casa de la Vida and the Casita La Paz both have German satellite / TV, WLAN, radio-CD player, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue area.
The houses have their own water shares, so drinking water quality. Solar collectors provide warm water in both houses. The main house (Casa La Vida) has a photovoltaic system and city electricity.
The two houses are 50 meters apart and provide enough space to retire. Rest and relaxation can be experienced.
The park-like garden has, over fruit trees, flowering plants, raised beds with herbs, palm trees and small places that invite you to linger and dream with a view of the sea. Furthermore, there is a garage, a carport and car parking spaces.
